In the fertile highlands of Mbeya, Tanzania, where volcanic ridges stretch skyward and the soil runs deep and red, small cooperative farmers grow coffee that shimmers with brightness and grace. At altitudes between 1,200 and 1,900 meters, heirloom Bourbon and Kent varietals flourish in clay-rich soils, nurtured by warm days, cool nights, and the careful hands of those who know the land best.

After harvest, each cherry is fully washed to preserve clarity, then dried slowly on raised beds in the gentle East African sun. This meticulous process allows delicate fruit and floral notes to fully develop—delivering a cup that’s elegant, vibrant, and full of life.

This medium-light roast opens with crisp notes of pear, followed by floral aromatics and fragrant jasmine, finishing with a soft, juicy hint of strawberry. Light on the palate but rich in complexity, it’s a coffee that blooms with every sip.
