Deep in the rugged heart of Chimbu Province, Papua New Guinea, where mountains rise like ancient guardians and mist coils through dense forests, coffee is grown with quiet resilience. At 1,350 meters above sea level in rich volcanic loam soil, small agricultural cooperatives cultivate Bourbon and Typica varietals using traditional, low-impact methods passed down through generations.

Isolated by geography but rich in natural resources, this region produces coffee with a distinct sense of place. Cherries are fully washed to preserve clarity, then sun-dried under open skies, drawing out the natural sugars and complexity of the bean.

The result is a medium roast that’s warm, smooth, and alive with character. Caramel and honey form a soft, velvety base, while a lift of ripe fruit adds vibrancy and balance. It's a cup that feels both familiar and exotic—gentle, sweet, and deeply satisfying.
