In the emerald hills of Medellín, Antioquia, where the air is crisp and the mornings begin in a sea of soft cloud, generations of smallholder farmers work the land with skill, pride, and patience. At elevations between 1,300 and 1,500 meters, their coffee trees—varietals like Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica—thrive in volcanic loam soil, nourished by mountain rains and equatorial sun.

Colombia’s reputation for coffee excellence is no accident. These beans are fully washed to preserve their clarity of flavor, then carefully dried in solar dryers, protecting them from the region’s sudden tropical showers while allowing the natural sugars to mature gently.

The result is a medium roast that bursts with life: dried orange peel brightness, ripe berry sweetness, and a velvety chocolate undertone that lingers. It’s a cup with energy and depth—a harmony of fruit and richness that keeps you coming back.
