From the soaring slopes of Piura and Amazonas in northern Peru, where the Andes meet the jungle and the mornings break crisp and clear, comes a coffee of refined sweetness and altitude-driven clarity. Grown between 1,100 and 1,700 meters by the dedicated producers of Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, this origin reflects the strength of community and the richness of its terrain.
A diverse mix of varietals—Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor—thrives in clay mineral soils, nurtured by mountain rains and cool nights. After harvest, the beans are fully washed and sun-dried with precision, allowing the vibrant character of the coffee to shine through.
This medium roast offers a remarkably smooth and elegant cup. Notes of salted caramel create a savory-sweet foundation, while a silky mouthfeel carries delicate hints of citrus, lifting the profile with bright, clean finish. Balanced and approachable, it’s a quiet standout.
